Development

In May 1993, Xi'an Aerospace-Huayang Company began to develop magnetic powder clutches, brakes and air expanding shafts for printing and packaging equipment components, as well as gravure printing machines and slitting products, and gradually had core technology related to printing and packaging equipment.

• 2018
• Granted Top 10 Best Supplier in furniture industry in eight consecutive years.

• The first wide-width CI flexo press was installed in the customer’s plant from Russia.
• The first water treatment casting and coating film equipment for trial was successfully developed.

• Huayang New administration area with about USD800 million investment started establishment.
• TPO Automotive (Car) Interior Production Line was successfully developed and manufactured.

• 2015
• The electrical control system for Wallpaper Production Line, CI Flexo Press, Precision Coating Machine, obtained computer software copyright registration certificate.
• Multi-function coating unit was successfully developed and manufactured.
• Multi-function coating unit awarded with national defense science and technology award.
•  The CI flexo press for breathable film was installed for the customer from Japan.
• China first 10 colors CI flexo press for aseptic liquid package was installed in customer's plant.
•  The water treatment film equipment was successfully developed and manufactured.

• 2014
•  Granted the Most Innovative Enterprise by Xi'an National Civil Aerospace Industrial Base.
• The E-Boss CI Flexo Press was installed in England for the customer, International Paper (Europe).
• The first non-woven CI flexo press was installed in customer's plant.

• 2013
• The automatic splicing system got award for Shaanxi Province patent technology.
• Granted as Famous Brand by Printing Equipment Industries Association of China.
• The sales revenue over 100 million US dollar.
•  First 3m wide seamless wallpaper production line was successfully developed and manufactured.

• 2012
• E-Film servo drive CI flexo press with CE certificate was installed in Europe.
• Got national special financial support from Shaanxi Province industrial revitalization and technological transformation project.
•  HY serial CI flexo press obtained the Shaanxi Provincial Technology Award.
• The first optical film UV shaping equipment was successfully developed and manufactured.
• The first optical film coating machine was successfully developed and manufactured.

• 2011
• Granted the key enterprise for military and civilian integration by Shaanxi Provincial Industrial and Information Department.
• The embossing register wallpaper production line obtained the Shaanxi Provincial patent award.
• The first micro-gravure coating unit was successfully developed and manufactured.

• 2010
• Wallpaper Production Line showed in Beijing wallpaper exhibition and caused a sensation.
• CI flexo press awarded as National Key Product
• Granted as Most Trustworthy Company by Shaanxi Provincial Industrial Commercial Bureau.

•  Signed strategic cooperation agreement with Siemens.
